I’m Kerrin Miller – a Registered Organisational and Business Psychologist, and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC, ACTC). I have more than thirty years’ experience working with leaders, teams and organisations across the UK, Europe, Africa, the USA and Asia. Born and raised in South Africa and now living in the UK, my work is shaped by a multicultural lens and a global career across sectors.
I hold a Master’s degree in Organisational Psychology and have spent my career helping leaders and teams shift, grow and build high performance in an exponential world. I am energised by the volatile, complex and ambiguous world we live and work in. I am passionate about disruption, change, learning, gender parity, agility and new ways of working.
Over the last decade, I have built a global practice coaching leaders and teams to thrive in an exponential world.
In 2023, I expanded my work with women leaders by co‑founding Women&Co, supporting women and organisations committed to gender parity.
With more than 2000 coaching hours, I work with executives, senior leaders, teams and specialists across industries including financial services, pharmaceuticals, professional services, manufacturing, FMCG, retail, technology, agribusiness and humanitarian sectors.
